Both Finland and Poland invaded the Soviet Union, and then lost the war. They did not face an extermination race war. Did the Soviets kill 30 mil. Finns? Or a comparable fraction? No, they just won a war against them and took some land, then proceeded afterwards to have relatively warm relations up until literally a few years ago.
