It’s almost 100% due to my very heavy drinking in my early 20’s - live and learn.

Week two of trt.
80 mg twice a week Subcutaneous.
Before numbers were 280 total test and 5.3 free test. Cholesterol was meh but not bad. Glucose was meh but not bad.
Really pretty excited.
I love the gym and it’s nice to be going steady again after a five ish year break.

As to your point on Iran and its legitimacy or whatever you were going for, Iran is a dangerous oppressive shit hole that has sustained terrorism over the last several decades. It’s literal dirt.
Maybe they have a great history (I have severe doubts on historical accuracy) but they’re frankly animals that need to be brought up into some sort of abject level of humanity. Even Chinese and China are … people. Iranian people seem to be just swell … but Iran isn’t, and hasn’t been.
Having said all that, we still shouldn’t have bombed - let someone else figure it out for fucks sake.

If AGI is real, and it’s really less than a decade away or whatever, won’t ‘ it ‘ just magically make all these issues null with its magnificence?
I have trouble understanding what I’m supposed to believe when it comes to AGI.
More directly to your post - we go to space because we can. A society that stops exploring, stops progressing (imo). We need to keep doing new and interesting space stuff, maybe colonization isn’t there yet, but we should be heading to the moon with the idea to plant a tree there.

Tom Ford Extreme Noir
Frankly I like a lot of Tom Ford but that’s my favorite.
I’m really really bad at tasting or smelling flavor / scent descriptions so I’ll just keep it at I love it and I hate wearing cologne and out of the very many I know of (I manage a Dillards) that’s my go to.
Here is the description which may have meaning for you:
Top: Cardamom, Nutmeg, Saffron, Mandarin Orange, Neroli — spicy and citrusy opens with warmth.
Heart: Indian kulfi accord (a creamy dessert-inspired element), Rose, Jasmine, Orange Blossom — rich, exotic floral-creamy middle.
Base: Amber, Vanilla, Sandalwood, Woody notes — deep, glowing base that lingers.
Based on your description tho you may like Tom Ford Oud Wood more.

Started with Hone Health.
Once all the labs were done, the pricing ballooned from 149 a month to 285 … cancelled and refunded before any meds were dispensed.
Emailing all the clinics around me but imma have to bite the bullet and go through a Dr and through insurance.
I feel about Drs the same way some people feel about the Jews.
I know it’s going to be a huge hassle … and I know more of all the things I care about then the Drs do so the gate keeping drives me through a fucking wall.
I’ve vaguely felt the same for a while.
Which is to say pretty good in general.
But definitely energy is less, less sharp than I remember, worse sleep, just overall less good than I would want everything to be.
Get it checked out - skip the doc and do quest if it’s easier for you. They have all kinds of tests and they take insurance.
