I believe the current transgender advocacy, on the reverse, requires trans individuals to be recognized as such even without surgery and/or HRT, Laws requiring surgery and/or HRT, sterliziation are widely seen as transphobic.
This isn't just my interpretation or extrapolation of my opponents' position, this idea is written down in manifestoes
I don't think this has anything to do with mainstream.

Ok, lobbying for unrestricted (or barely restricted) usage of blockers and hormones by youth can be seen as libertarian and transhumanist. But others? The same people push for obligatory pronouns and orwellian phrase "gender affirmative therapy" referring to transition. They make to fight for trans represenation. If I implant a multispectral camera in my body so I could enhance my vision, there people would be amongst the first for me to be punished.
Given how bigger Nigeria that Ghana is, if averaged, Nigeria has more effect on total. Also I don't know if Ghana's supposedly low crime attractrs tourism and money from elsewhere (e.g. why Russians escaping Russia would chose Argentina with reported homicide rates as 2.5-3x instead of Ghana?? Ghana could offer both less crime and lower cost of living, wouldn't it?)

these high crime American cities are cherrypicked for his crime. Average African American homicide rate, i think, is about 20 per 100k and I think it's about same in Sub-Saharan Africa.
looking at reported rates, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_countries_by_intentional_homicide_rate some cherry picked black majority countries have crime rates not far below cherry picked high crime US cities (Jamaica, U.S. Virgin Islands, Trinidad and Tobago)
In Europe, there seems to be correlation between country homicide ration vs corruption perception index. In Africa, there doesn't seem to be or it could be inverse compared to Europe, so I think homicide ratios are suspect. I googled some crime victimization survey, which includes Botswana (but sadly, not Ghana) and Botswana comes noticeably safer than average yet most of other countries have lesser reported homicide rate. Maybe i'll make plots if I have time and willpower. I'd guess Botswana reports true homicide rates and extrapolate other countries from that, given association from European countries.

Thanks! Maybe you'll mind answering two questions: About using local models, can it be tweaked so it doesn't forget context so easily? Maybe using learning runs on previous conversations? How does chatGPT retains context? I understand it does multiple processings for each prompt, and does lossy compression of previous chat history. How to simulate in in API?

You can say that, or you can say that for every single year between 2009 and 2014 black men rated black women below both Asian and Latina women and that Black men are the only group of men who didn't not rate their women positively.
If you scroll down page to DateHookup data, it is worse for Black women: here Black men prefer White women over Black.
I guess reply rates, female sender is closer to actual rather than stated preference, black males respond only to 37% messages from black females, and 46..57% to other categories, it's not even close.

That's a violation of common sense and shows that something's obviously wrong with the HBD idea.
Why? Beyonce owns a sweatshop in Bangladesh that makes clothes and shoes. There are lots of modern industrial productions, including state of art modern electronics, in poor South East Asian countries. AFAIK there are none in sub-Saharan Africa. It's all minerals and crops. When intl megabrand grows something in Kenya, they don't really need local workforce, they need soil and climate. My common sense says that "mentally retarded" is accurate if they can't even sew shoes.
As for immigration, I'd say "regardless of any arguments about regression to the mean, nobody in the West is giving race-based preferential immigration to Asians.
The 5 IQ point advantage for East Asians is much smaller than 20 point IQ genotypic gap with most Africans. It makes entire sense to ignore 5 points gap while consideing 20 points gap. Also, East Asians countries strangely underperform in scientific output compared to their IQ. The 5 IQ gap is about Chinese, Japanese and Koreans. Malaysia, Philipines and Indonesia are much lower.
one of reasons I wish Russia win over Ukraine (if closely aligned with EU&US they will get this too, eventually)
