Yep, Germany. And it explicitly says "you can only [...] download content from the Play Store for your country."

Yes. Just checked again and was able to install and open it. Won't test any further because I don't want to register.

herd them back where they're wanted

Are they wanted? Men who get sucked into bizarre online cultures usually aren't just normal guys who tragically got corrupted by exposure to some electronic vice; they tend to be weird in a lot of other ways, too. Gooner culture probably just takes defective men who would never have amounted to much off the market.

they didn’t even try to make it available in Europe

Currently available in the German Google Play store, along with at least half a dozen copycats. Most of the latter are aimed at men, one is unisex.

The guy in the Bluesky video is Jeremy Hambly aka The Quartering. He started his Youtube career as a Magic: The Gathering nerd, got into some community drama, and pivoted into becoming an anti-SJW sloptuber. He's the dimestore Tim Pool. He once got attacked by a crossdresser for being a "nazi" and ran away. Right-leaning people who are aware of his existence neither find him agreeable nor scary -- they mostly see him as a fun punching bag. Popular lolcow streamers Kino Casino have mined Jeremy for content so much that they dominated Youtube searches for his name for a while. Last time I saw clips of him he was talking about how he shat his pants at Walmart.

Personally I don't think I would see him as aggressive even if I didn't know the backstory. At most he comes across as a bit erratic in that clip, but that's probably because he tries to keep the audience's attention while being a lazy slopmonger who just reads articles and tweets.

Jewishness in Nazi Germany wasn't a trait you opted in to; visible transness in America is. Many of the people claiming to be afraid of genocide could just wipe off the make-up, ditch the programmer socks, and become indistinguishable from the average dorky guy in less than five minutes. This isn't proof that social disapproval has no effect on their mental health; but how strong of a force can it really be when its victims make no effort to avoid it and instead choose to present themselves in ways that will inevitably attract more negative attention?
