I’m in this position. It’s been about 2 months. I do get some attention from recruiters presumably because of big tech on my resume, but nothing has gone anywhere after a first round.
I just have 0 motivation to “play the game” right now. I can keep myself mostly busy with projects at home - but the lack of structure hasn’t been great for me.
I’m in a weird financial position where I don’t have enough to retire - but I could do nothing for many years and be ok.
