Yes it is. We've all just clicked the link and seen it. Are you lying here?

Brilliant! This is just beyond the pale of stupidity.

I even think the described actions are probable and philosophically valid (but having many people assist with execution of the same office is a quite complicated and rather dehumanizes the office until the actual holder seems irrelevant.) There are plenty of historical analogues with idiot kings etc. Anyway, sliding all the way down the slope, unless Trump is flying the plane, deportations until the executive branch are illegal, yah enforcing murder's illegality is impossible because only the very, uh, lightning bolt which broke the stone on the 10 commandants, or the person who wrote e.g. §§ 1111 (calling murder unlawful) is eligible to detain or punish; but this person used a tool, a pen and we don't know whether someone else used this pen and was not... And can we just disregard all laws written by lobbyists?

Can someone steel man this?

We all know the statistics associated with dating apps.

Going outside and talking to people has great statistics.

...we Motte users.

blame car culture

American cities were bulldozed for cars in the 50s. American cities looked like European cities: https://i.redd.it/mn45jsmhowna1.jpg https://www.vox.com/2015/5/14/8605917/highways-interstate-cities-history

Never forget what they took from you.

It would be nearly impossible for mass incarceration NOT to lower the crime rate.

Very easy to imagine a society where half are incarcerated for things which have since been legalized etc.

There are many hypotheticals like arbitrary imprisonment of random people etc.

In reality, our model arbitrarily imprisons certain demographics in certain areas, randomly enforces some laws in certain areas, randomly ignores certain criminals in certain areas, randomly believes crime shouldn't be punished in certain areas... So it's very difficult to actually map.

We have countless true stories of people in Alabama or whatever being in prison for 20 years for stealing 5 dollars, or for people falsifying evidence for decades etc. We also have countless true stories of rabid monsters committing 500 crimes while people wax poetic to free them immediately.

The whole movement is bankrupt. While I theoretically understand "imperfect instrument" or "who cares about corruption if they still solve problems", it's literally not clear that MAGA is better for libertarians, conservative christians or anyone with a desire for intergenerational stability.

"Weird fact, things actually stop being true once many dumb people believe them"

I don’t think conservatives have been in the cultural drivers seat since at least the 1970s

And what of the other 5 thousand years of human history?

Well, Lee was the only confederate leader who could win. The other theaters all collapsed rather quickly.

there would be no Flynn Effect

This is way bigger https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bloom's_2_sigma_problem

For me, his other best songs are: Getting Down the Mountain, I want to be in the Calvary, Horse Soldier

Nice and similar: Keep your Rifle by your Side - Dan Romer, UnReal Estate - Compound Interest, Which Side are you on? - Alderon Tyran, Dawson's Christian - Duane Elms, Down in Yon Forest - Wovenhand, Another Hitler - Clem Tholet

For better or worse, Turkey is no longer "cheap" but equivalent to Paris. When the last wave of inflation was mid course (early 2022), you could rent a well-located flat in Istanbul for 200 usd. A favorite restaurant of mine went from 17 to 53 lira by May 2022. Later, leaving Ankara in 2024, coffees were approaching 200 lira, while the exchange rate had only gone from 30 to 38 lira : usd.

Various monuments and attractions went from free to charging 50 euro entrance fees (like the Hagia Sophia).

I did get a comprehensive medical scan for about 30 usd, even running on a treadmill with things taped to me and testing blood. I think they're less scams and more so trivial/brass tax if you're going to do a (serious) cosmetic surgery. Beyond that, I have no idea about medical tourism costs at different points; my partner did that in Iran. A friend was considering some sort of knee operation for about 2000 euro, though.

I don't think you understand what an institution is.

Motte users were right in many critiques, and the system broke as expected (though easier and faster). Given that context: now what?

I think I mentioned you re: coworking but never got a response.

Great video and cool website!

We're literally talking about the opposite situation!

American banks gave Germany perhaps 4x as much as the 20 years later Marshall plan. Some was from the reparations (Dawes and Young plans) they bankrolled, without being paid back, which did not circulate in the German economy, but they loaned and invested even more (about $5 billion/year in the late 1920s, more than Germany (American bankers) paid in reparations in total (for comparison, in dollars, the total original reparation sum was $30 billion) which helped Germany grow production 30% above 1914 levels, with the 2nd largest industry in the world.)

jobbskatteavdraget

Isn't it only about $200 (5%) at the 45k crowns/month pretax we're talking about (to get ~33k after tax)?

You missed the "after tax". The 1/3 municipal tax lowers it a fair bit.

Yes this seems Bad For The Economy

How did this impact the German economy if it never circulated (neither entered nor left it)?

doesn't like the Christian Nationalist project of Fuentes, for basically the reasons given by Richard Spencer

What are his reasons/where to read them?

I just meant the Communist space narrative; I like the song, but assumed it was quite modern.

Have you written on this yet?

Hey, I made some of these a few years ago. I tried to arrange manufacturing to sell them to hot areas. PM me and we can chat!

N.b. they make vests with pockets to insert ice packs. But even better, put material on large veins to cool the bloodstream. The PCMs do crazy stuff to ferrous metals btw.
