Notes -
The Shooting Party by Isabel Colegate. The kind of shit (late Victorian, Edwardian, or interwar England) I want injected straight into my veins. The author was born in 1931, so at best she heard about the era from her parents and other members of the prior generation, but still well-written and captivating. I have a few of her works lined up and I'm greatly looking forward to them.
