Assessing the quality of intelligence agencies is quite tricky, due to their nature. I have developed the idea that they are precisely at the competency median of all the other branches of the government of the country in question. They hire more qualified people, so they ought to get a bonus - but they also have an easier time sweeping their mistakes under the rug, so that gets substracted again. The US Intelligence Community? Somewhere between NASA and the DMV.

I have noticed an increase in long posts with low information density. My two hypotheses are that some users are either abusing stimulants (a survey would be interesting) or padding out their posts with LLMs. The former I suppose can't be helped, but the latter should be banned.

First of all, thank you for doing this! The site looks & works fine for me. One thing you should consider in order to raise funds, is to sign up for Brave Rewards. Users of the Brave browser can then send you BAT tokens, some type of crypto, in an automated fashion in some set interval. I have no idea whether this is feasable or worth your time, but I think the concept is quite neat. So far I have only found one creator (Agadmator on youtube) who has signed up, so I have some BAT to spare.
The point is that the competency median NASA-DMV is much higher than the competency median Roscosmos-RosDMV. Of course absolute size also plays a role, Singapore's institutions are probably better than America's, but they also have less resources overall.
