The ideal approach to nicotine i see is semi-frequent use but obviously most people will just want to pull their vape all day long so you really need safe access. I remember when it cropped up around my circle in around 2015 and apparently the technology was worse back then, requiring higher temps to get the desired vapor and nowadays if you use the right pods they're way safer with lower temps for the same effect. Then there's disposable versions like elfbars that are shoddy at best but people use them because of lack of access to the 'safest' version.
I think it's best to have the safest version widely accessible since people be stressed and for the time being these aren't going away any time soon. In some cities for a short while it was easier to get cigarettes than vapes which is just insane!
And it's frustrating for kids because their lives are undoubtedly more stressful but getting addicted to nic is much easier when you're young so they shouldn't be getting on that train to begin with; it just becomes an unnecessary hassle down the road when it's engrained in your mind to that extent!
