Married to a tomboy, so I have that going for me, which is nice.

I think the main motivation was that senior male employees preferred to spend time working with women, especially young women.
Couple this with women's greater in-group preference, and suddenly it's not a surprise so many women have moved upward into management in the last 2 decades.
Probably a non-starter for the same reason as politics, although I guess my job does involve plenty of sales.
When we're somewhere together, she is usually the one commenting on looks that I'm getting (that I'm oblivious to), so probably not much advantage in me adding to it.
Content warning: obnoxious bragging.
Got approached again by a random attractive woman while in public. More subtle than some in the past that have simply introduced themselves to me or straight-up given me a phone number, but still obvious. A real boost to the ol' mental health.
However, as I'm married and would like to remain so, this attention is ultimately pointless. I've tried to think of ways to take advantage of my appearance (I think I'm unremarkable looking, but years of evidence at this point is starting to indicate otherwise) without coming up with anything useful. Acting like a semi-normal human instead of a raging autist is the extent of my acting skills, so that's a dead end. I definitely do not have the personality/charisma for frequent social gatherings and gladhanding, which means politics is out. I guess I could open my own law firm and go the billboard advertising route, but that seems dreadful for a variety of reasons.
I always do a shaker bottle at bedtime with 2 heaping tablespoons of Costco's psyllium husk fiber. Tends to keep things moving. My morning post-coffee event sometimes resembles a certain scene from Jurassic Park. I would probably try more fiber before moving to the enema stage.

One who only eats crayons with the wrappers removed first?
It appears he was still emailing with Epstein in March 2019.
It's been a few years since I was on the market, but the rules were generally as follows:
first date--if I didn't make it very obvious that I wanted sex asap, there would be no second date. There wouldn't necessarily be sex on that first date, but I had better be pushing for it.
second date--if she proposed it as you suggest and I did anything but enthusiastically accept, the evening would've cooled immediately, the date would've ended, and there would be no third.
Trying to take it slow as the man is interpreted by the majority of women as a lack of genuine interest.
I remember deeply enjoying the Thrawn trilogy when I read it a decade ago. It's basically my headcanon Star Wars 7, 8 and 9.
Same, which is made easier by only having seen pieces of TFA and not seeing TLJ and whatever followed it. After enduring the prequels, I decided I was done with SW overall.
And that's about as far as I got on my "Expanded Universe" exploration.
Also same, although I've read plot summaries of others, and there are some batshit insane books out there. I mean that as both a compliment and a criticism. Whoever was in charge of licensing wasn't afraid to let some authors go wild.
Thanks for the writeup. I see today the emails were enough to get Larry Summers to resign from some positions, which seems like small potatoes given other people Epstein was allegedly friends with.
Curious why folks jump through so many hoops to avoid either ads
Using Brave browser to listen to ad-free music on YT is essentially 0 hoops.
I know some attorneys in private practice who use Google Docs for everything, including appellate briefing. No idea how they do it. That would drive me insane.
What do people think about replacing batteries on modern smartphones?
Haven't attempted it. My 6-year-old Pixel 4 generally gets through the day, although it's finally getting slow and flaky enough that I might upgrade to a 10a when it comes out (or the 10 now, I guess, since Verizon will give me one for $0 for a 3-year contract commitment).
Is there anything new/incriminating in the Epstein emails? I don't necessarily mean related to Trump, but anyone at all. The stuff I've seen so far hasn't been mind-blowing, but perhaps someone here has actually gone through more than what the pundits have been chirping about.

I recently saw a news story involving a Mexican citizen with a hyphenated last name like Gonzalez-Rodriguez being convicted federally, and when I looked up his Bureau of Prisons info to see his release date, his race was listed as white. A single example, but when the stats are that blatantly false, I have a hard time believing it's a solitary mistake. So your link surprises me not at all.
