It mostly relates to acquistion of power, so if you can send tanks to harvard, you have likely already won, therefore any violence now is not gonna get you screwed over. Simialr to protests, protests are a way of showing your power, not acquiring it.

Jinnah was a much more opportunistic and capable leader than Nehru by all accounts. A book my grandad adores and I recommend heavily is Freedom at Midnight, which includes a quote from Jinnah where he says that Nehru is fit to be a professor of English but not the head of a nation. Jinnah was a "muslim" who shaved daily, ate pork, was fond of liquor and married a Parsi half his age, yet he had a sense for his people. His family converted to Islam due to Hindu purity spiralling, but that is a story for another day. Nehru, otoh had issues visiting temples as the Prime Minister.
His insistance on being cordial with china, straight up retarded beliefs on the issues of borders and armed forces fractured the himalyan front for India, which is beyond recovery now. Similarly, we lost the Indo-China war because in many ways, he always feared military coups. The soldiers had few resources for the cold. Patel was a much more competent man compatred to Nehru, or saner at least despite having fairy milquetoast views. Nehru was a socialist like Gandhi, and the two surviving post-1930s leaders damaged the subcontinent badly.
For context for people who are not from India, Nehru was the son of a super elite Kashmiri Pandit father, and he let his own Motherland get savaged for ideals that I would find hard to steelman. He was right about Phule and Ambedkar, but beyond that, anytime I hear him being discussed, I always shake my head. I learn something new that makes me dislike him even more. Until this thread I did not put together the Tibet connection but holy shit. This guy's family is still representing anti Upper Caste leftism in India.

It's a great social drug. I had edilbles when I bummed around ait was amazing.
My favorite anecdotes include one where my Italian friend had way too much. He only smoked but never had an edible, and I had to drop him off at his room. I was quite high too. It felt like being in a video game in real time. It was raining very slightly. We walked through the dark, party-lit mountain roads of Thailand, which were quite reminiscent of Far Cry 3 and the setting there. Fuck, I can't wait to do it again.

It does. Taking any drug alone seems off to me because the social aspect amps everything by 100x. Any kind of substance usage done alone is a massive red flag unless its some high-brow liquor.

This isn't surprising, wrestling is probably even more intense. Submission grappling is the only combat sport you can do forever since even scaled down versions are pretty fun and productive.
I would have done judo had we had any combat sports here. Submission wrestling, the current strain comes out of judos lost groundwork and a lot of inputs from Anglo wrestling forms. Both those things are extinct now sadly.

Agree on all points. You see the same religious trains of thoughts in two wildly different places and somehow only the smarter ones are "blessed by god".
Abrahamic faiths, Islam and Christianity work on conversions, devotees having instincts to convert others indirectly or call others demon worshippers are understandable to an extent, they still not make low effort easily disprovable claims that do nothing but seem antagonistic.
The single most harmful strain of social chaos was a result of protestant values in modern leftism which seems to be beyond solutions as of now. Indo European societies existed around ancestor worship, you could never have had a pope equivalent telling people to accept refugees in such a system without the said person losing all relevance overnight.
People had to convert due to violence or at least threats protected by violence the same way many have to abide by crazy laws in our own nations. Modern society is explicitly anti christ and far more technologically sound than the 1800s, so is only leftism capable of sustaining the world's most advanced point times?

I never had a gi since rash guards have replaced them nearly completely in many places. People use a lot of handed finger extension to counter the effects of gripping, my reasons for using it is so reduce damage from using my keyboard.

Bangaldesh is absolutely worse by every metric.Christianity exists in both Africa and Scandinavian nations the way Islam exists in both Turkey and Nigeria. Is it Islam's fault that Nigeria is bad or the fault of Christianity that ghettos and inner cities cannot be fixed? Leftism itself came out of protestant values, I'm pretty sure nothing like that was ever encouraged by people of the steppe.
India was alright up until early medieval ages. Indo European religions absolutely can and have run societies fine. The decay here is due to the people being too stupid and lacking the characteristics required to abideyby by their religious beliefs. This is in ways inevitable, things peak and decline. The Victorian brits were far more dominant than current ones.
Christian beliefs are just not better, better than Islam but they are just not better. I don't write agaisnt about them because the majority of people here are practicing Christians. Buddhism btw is an offshoot of Hindu values, Buddha was an Indo European man and his worldview exists in plenty of East Asian nations, even ones without explicit confucian values.
Europe did well because of its people, it would have done well had it been Islamic, Jewish or kept it's real faith alive.

Hinduism represents the last active strain of Aryan religious beliefs of the Indo Europeans. The place, the people have declined substantially, but you can take a look at Bangladesh and Pakistan or even Afghanistan and see how much worse they are by comparison.

Terrible Idea. It was ruled by Jamwals, not the pandits. The Himalayas have historically acted as a near-impenetrable barrier that kept us safe. The Indo-China war would not have been as bad for India had Nehru not been totally cucked out of his mind, thanks to having them as protection. You should never give up territory. On the extreme East, in Assam and West Bengal, many regions at the border are Muslim majority. If you cede once, you will cede forever. Had the Indian state not been as lefty in the 40s, it would have kept all of Kashmir and forced the Mirpuris to settle in Karachi.
You can never give up territory. Pakistan has many issues to date due to the formation of Bangladesh.
The best case scenario is to call back the locals, allow them to legally arm themselves to the teeth and not conduct elections. If the locals still despise Hindus and act out violently, then treat them the way they were historically treated. Fun fact, their cousins over in Pakistan are the main people behind British grooming gangs. Not a call for fedposting btw. The Indian state should also introduce a bunch of leftism too. Drugs as an intervention neutred the Sikh separatists as they now face replacement in Punjab.

onwards and forwards. This is a good bit of progress compared to the winters. I never got to the De La Riva since my coach just wanted us to swing leather, but I am glad that you are doing more complex things. I had brusied lips and a mark from dirlling body kicks. Mostly wrist and ankle injuries though from improper landings and bad takedowns.
Half guards are a weird bjj thing wherein if you train mma, half guard can be death due to strikes, so you miss a lot of these fun tools unless you are specifically training submission wrestling. Leg locks too.
You can now start looking at instructionals too, so Craig Jones has great ones where he, as a submission guy, shows how absic wrestling can counter a lot of submissions but also vice versa in a very effective way. You should try giving your back up with time, there are plenty of times when you cannot get up without doing so. Sakuraba had a non-existent guard and always showed his back as he would be able to shrug off the Brazilians and beat them up again. Great person to see how far limited grappling can go if you are smart enough. Most of the lore around BJJ is completely fake, and the sport has a lot of marketing to make it mystical or at least did back in the day. Sakuraba kinda put a stop to this.
For women, the grappling aspect makes a lot of sense from a layered perspective. Women have piss poor grip strength, if you grab a girl and she is noteicabley strong, you will think twice before engaging with her. Most communication is nonverbal, strength is a cue that you cannot miss even when drunk. If a girl is out and she has rolled with guys who are big, trained and scary before, she will not freak out if some creep acts funny with her. The added benefit of concrete means that usually, one hip toss is enough to fend wierdos off. Submission wrestling is awesome. Do keep us posted.
p.s. beware of finger injuries from using gis. Every gi competitor and many hobbyists get hand issues from gripping the gi. Many might use the gi but would never use grips to save themselves trouble. Also, if you get stacked, just open up the guard even during hard rolls, the vertebrae damage is not spoken about enough.
Again, good work, man. More people can and should pick up basic physical culture and how that allows one to prolong youth and vigor.

Violence is never the solution for the weak, which is what the right is. If anyone who is right-leaning engages with violent methods, people will make an example out of him and you will see far worse kinds of censorship than 2021 but for decades.
Moldbug was right when he called violence a false path to power.

Agree with everything 100 percent. Will add that Pakistan as a nation is so much worse than India. They take the worst parts of their neighbors and mix in enough resentment leading to the tendency to pick a fight no matter the cost.
Even if it means that they get their teeth kicked in, they would take that deal if it means chipping their neighbors nail. My main gripe is not Pakistan, though. At some point, India and the upper castes in particular have to come to terms with demographic shifts. You simply cannot let electoral democracy play out in a place that has always been a minority rule.
Pakistan is beyond one's abilities, but with Kashmir is effectively Pakistan for most Indians. These issues will spring up as ghetto dwellers get to bear weapons, while people living in gated societies do not. India needs to actually own Kashmir, and that cannot happen if the apparatus and values running it are Indian.
The Indian army is a big unit and it's fairly competent despite the occasional scandals and bureaucratic red tape. Kashmir takes up more resources than any part of India, and people who join the armed forces get stationed there at least once in their lives. That place needs to be truly reclaimed and that requires interventions that go against the beliefs of 1947.

I do read Jim from time to time, but I never got his health advice, given that extreme amounts of butter will eventually cause issues. Actual doctors who do work out like the barbell medicine fellas recommend the use of zero-calorie sweeteners and seed oils.
The comments below are even worse commentary on this by Aidan, a guy whom I cite regularly. For the record, I am not the fittest guy, I just don't think that eating mostly meat and dairy can be good long-term.
Weird, I did not feel extremely sleepy after the second 10 mg dose. I have tried other sleep meds before, sove 10 or diazepam, which gave me hallucinatory experiences, I actually did not dislike them lol, but melatonin is very tame by comparison. I think they are considered benzos?

India is collapsing
The attack in Kashmir last week led to a lot of outrage and public statements about it from Pakistan. I am posting about the direction the so called "Nazi Hindu right" party took. They announced a caste census.
India has massive hbd spikes, when you go from the middle castes to the upper castes. I do not consider China-style entrance tests to be the best metric, they make for even worse policies. India in a fit of leftism, upon its modern conception post independence in 1947 mandated affirmative action of less than 30 percent, which got stretched to 50 with the Mandal commission in the 90s. Affirmative action and bioleninism are two genies that you cannot put back in a bottle.
Currnetly you have cases where people who score a literal zero in exams can teach math, you can get your neighbor jailed without proof by alleging he used a castiest slur wherein the government will give you 8 hundred thousand indian rupees or about 10k USD within a week of filing that case, under the SC ST act, a worthy rabbithole to check out for the more curious ones. You even get money for marrying people of other groups, thousands of USD actually in some states.
The caste census is a death blow. The nation is not industrialised, and real estate, basic amenities like running water, avoiding land grabbing, and education are out of bounds for most. Land grabbing and owning a house is nearly impossible, even with high incomes, without a back-breaking mortgage. This leads to people wanting to get employed by the government and that is done via exams. In each exam, you have to present a caste certificate if you are "backwards" and by Central Law, anything government-related has to have at least nearly 50 percent if not more sanctioned for people of backwards bent. In case a few of them score higher, they are allotted spots in the "Open" list as opposed to the "backwards" one. So even the 50 percent that the "upper castes" get is not truly for them. Most if not all people who get decent posts indulge in illegal things. Kickbacks are the only way to afford a house.
Modi and the BJP are using the caste census as a way to distract people from their inaction with the Kashmir issue. The census will show that the evil upper castes make up close to 10 percent of the nation, therefore, even 50 percent is too much. Places like Bihar are already pushing it, and frankly, this is India's fate. The country's economic slowdown is not going to stop the chery on top is that the Indian Armed Forces is nearly 95 percent upper caste. The army is also the only place where you do not have any affirmative action as even the bioleniniss know that would be stupid because the army actually has to win wars. Bridges collapse here regularly from shit engineering but people learn to live with that, wars are not a place you want to fuck with. The people who serve right now, their own kids, will not get to have good career outcomes.
Sure, you have state-wide bans or attempts at them on everything, crypto, proton mail, signal but what will fix that is ensuring more people leave. I have zero issues with any castes, the post illustrates a deeper point, which has to do with the universal nature of culture war. Anti caste scholars saw the backwards people as blacks and their own people as whites. And now, you end up in a state where posting any of this risks jail time. When Spandrell wrote bio leninism, he used the examples of minorities in Europe, but that very concept describes India way better.
The Indo Aryans were not pot-bellied soydevs, they were capable people, the majority was always the underclass, but it was closer to 90 than today's 99. something percent. Each year, you see people get visibly dumber. Plenty of Canadians are right to blame their boomers for selling them out by allowing an influx of the subcontinent's underclass. Today, I can relate to that sentiment. The elders here simply gave up without a fight, and now you are left with less social upward mobility. The entry-level IT sector and customer support people will get replaced fiarly soon, what then happens to the hordes of not-so-smart engineers and the economic fallout? Another proposal is to mandate state recommendations for social justice in private firms. This has not been enacted yet, but I will not be surprised even if it is.
