Neutral to it, but some women like it as a class signifier. As in, I am elite enough not to need to perform manual labor, the proof is in my delicate fingernails.
Not a fan of sharp colors like red, that can look like a streetwalker. Low key designs and colors that are barely noticable are the best, they can have good artistry but are more pricy.

But it was independent during the era of petty kingdoms, before the vikings. Sicilians were the playthings of Carthage, Rome, and Pyrrhus of Epirus. At least the Irish tribes were independent back then.
Culturally, the Irish at least had a memory of freedom from subjugation, even if they weren't actually united back then.

Wait, what the hell? I just heard about the game now, the cover art is a little girl with a blue jacket piggybacking on a robot or something. I see nothing remotely like bedroom eyes sorority girl in the picture. She does have long hair though, it just makes her more babyish IMO. There was no lede to bury. I only get dad vibes from the art. You must be projecting sexualization where there is none, or you have different cultural standards.

You're not from a culture that emphasizes and values quiet children. It's a discipline process that is best started early and needs reinforcement now and then. It makes things easier for the adults, but is arguably not so great for the children.

Americans have the attention span of a goldfish, so everything can indeed be forgotten by the voters this November. Gas prices hurt the democrats in 2022, but Trump's popularity has proved resilient against what would traditionally crucify a sitting president. Guess we'll see in a few more months.

The current status quo, with Iran's leadership decimated but the IRGC retaining the ability to threaten shipping (ship insurance rates) is not a victory in Iran for Trump. He gambled on a quick decapitation strike, and when that failed to get the IRGC to surrender, Trump is unwilling or politically unable to escalate to ground troops to secure a full victory. It seems impossible for Trump to be viewed as Lincoln or FDR if he only stops at half-measures without the full restructuring of the middle east. In fact, stopping halfway probably going to result in a democrat wave election as they blame him for a failed war.

Co-op online missions mode are pretty fun if you like to grind a bit. You get level based meta-upgrades sort of like the campaign. Worth trying if you're not burned out of SC2 yet.

Oh yes, I did. The mod is just not quite done and feels empty, but it's been 2 years+ since I last tried it so it may be better now.
I have 0% Welsh, Irish, or Anglo-Saxon ancestry but when I reread Warlord Chronicles I feel an insatiable urge to drive the Angles and Saxons back into the sea, just as Arthur would have wanted.
The AIs do care, the humans are beloved pets. High functioning pets that need a lot of room to play.
Edit: The example I heard about once is that as dogs are to humans, humans are to AI minds. A dog wouldn't understand why you brought him to the vet for a painful treatment, but it was for the dog's own good. A human couldn't understand an AI's motives because a human's mind is on a lower level of sentience.
Warlord Chronicles is great. Always makes me crave playing a welsh ruler in crusader kings 2, 867 start, and forming prydain. Culture converting all vassals and provinces is mandatory, get bored afterwards.
Theres actually a CK2 mod for Warlord Chronicles, but it's not that good.

I view having the baby to save the marriage as a high-risk, high reward hail mary gambit. It has a good chance of working on the right type of guy, the guy who will support his offspring and offspring's mother, if only because motherless children have poor outcomes.
It will definitely not work on a deadbeat dad.
Oh, yeah that's true. Even happened to a friend of mine about a decade ago. Probably more true for the boomer generation than younger generations.
Still, where there used to exist general social pressure to marry (without a bun in the oven) it no longer exists outside of some foreign cultures, religions, and insulated subgroups.

Total guess: A majority of marriages from the boomer generation are actually at least somewhat unhappy. Marriages lead to children pretty reliably though. Given lack of social pressure to marry, people choose not to marry, believing it will lead to greater happiness.

Where does it end? Dunno, but my magic 8-ball says 'outlook not so good". You, alone are not responsible for civilizational decline. Attempt to guide your friends and family to take advantage of the situation as much as possible. Women of repute will continue to be in high demand, and should be reassured of this and protected. Men should emulate Lothario. Alternatively, join a social/cultural/religious group immune to the current trends.

Well, it's fair to say the original sin of slavery is probably held by any large states that exist today, and thus indirectly by all modern populations except maybe the tiny islanders like the Sentinelese. Rome, Chinese dynasties, pretty much everywhere that won wars used some form of slavery.
America's slavery was in more recent memory and the ex-slaves have not fully genetically mixed into the descendants. Also Biden wanted to score some points with his voting base, so that was just tossing red meat (blue meat?) to the base.
Other than that, the justification for slavery, uplifting from barbarism, is bad from a modern Christian perspective. So a constant Christian apology must be given for the original sin of the past. The apologies will continue until the US is gone or until all of the US could be considered black.
Could be a certain Y-chromosome got spread really fast with polygamous Islam (do slave concubines even count against the 4 wife limit?), and the aggressive warlike genetics persisted even after the area was retaken by Christians. In that sense, the predominant genetics of the area got polluted. At least the reconquering Christian leaders would probably think the people were "polluted", and treat the population as expendable labor. So the poor economics of the area is in a way a self-fulfilling prophecy, whether their genetics were polluted or not, the apperance of pollution was enough to doom the area.
