If I intended to separate from her forever, which I'd be doing in a similar case, I'd cut contact before she could tell me whether she did or didn't do it.

I would assume that the pregnancy is, simply put, not real. It might be a lot harder to believe she's lying to you after spending all that time with her, but from the outside it looks like Scamming Rich Yankee 101.
