You have the purpose of allowing old people complexes reversed. The reason to allow them is to concentrate Boomers who are interested in HOA busybody lifestyles away from the rest of us. I don't want to live in a place where the old lady next door is going to call the police because there are kids playing in the street. By allowing old people complexes, it gives them the opportunity to live out their dream of being in everyone else's business without directly being in my business.
