This is pocket money and how you earn it, unless things have drastically changed since I was young. Do you pay her an allowance otherwise? I started asking to be paid pocket money when I was seven, because I was already doing small chores around the house and I had no money of my own to buy things like comics (my parents did not pay allowances etc. because this was not a thing).
If your daughter wants to help around the house, and she's capable of doing simple tasks like "put the toys away", "pick up the clothes", and even "sweep the kitchen floor" then let her. Agree an amount of pocket money you will pay her weekly and then she can do a list of simple tasks and/or things you ask her to do (e.g. "play with your little sibling and keep an eye on them while Mommy washes her hair").
