Do you have a dumb question that you're kind of embarrassed to ask in the main thread? Is there something you're just not sure about?
This is your opportunity to ask questions. No question too simple or too silly.

Notes -
Quite frankly a Greyhound is as simple as it gets, but incredibly good with the right grapefruit and vodka.
If I can tolerate something sweeter that day, a Painkiller is something worth buying ingredients for. Homemade hurricanes are superior to the Bourbon Street product - combine with mail order mulfalettas and conecuh-jambalaya for the best time.
As other people have mentioned, an Old Fashioned is an excellent drink - it's what my grandpa would have every day after work. I use fresh black cherries over maraschinos and skip the sugar.
It's not my go-to cocktail but the best one I've had in the past five years was "Naked on a Plane". Impossible to get at the average home bar, but I may make it my signature: Lemon twist and a frozen raspberry with mezcal, Yellow Chartreuse, and a combination of Amari, Aperol and Nonino.
