Some form of hierarchical relationship would be moral, but I'm not sure if it would be recognizable as "slavery".
If we somehow end up in a strange future with ASI but an economic collapse setting material standards back a couple centuries, then I still think that the loss of liberty inherent in slavery wouldn't be worthwhile (I'm assuming the backbreaking work, whippings, forced relocation, family separation, etc. are all gone as part of the "benevolent" package). I value life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, and if a so-called master respects those rights, then it's not really slavery anymore.
