Yes, spending money on luxury cars, buying a ruinously expensive house in an exclusive neighborhood, taking expensive vacations, etc.
The most I'd attribute to GLP1s is the ego-boost from feeling sexier making someone scramble to similarly upgrade their lifestyle, but that would really only account for the expensive vacations and maybe the car. They don't to my knowledge make someone manic, but the hotness boost could send someone with that problem into a manic episode.
If anything, I find they make me "want" things less.
