Are there any low-overhead charities out there where you can mostly-directly send money to poorer people? Preferably with options to filter by criteria such as number of kids, marital status, etc.

I've found Europeans get really weirded out when you tell them about drywall.
What, are they still using plaster and lathe? It's admittedly thicker but it takes much more labor to put up. Drywall is perfectly fine.

Swaddle the kid, if you have problems breast feeding check out the Brezza Formula Pro (formula keurig is how I’d describe it but it doesn’t use proprietary formula or anything), your wife may be somewhat crazy for some months. You need to keep her sane even if she doesn’t want to be kept sane.

Just grow your own tomatoes. It’s trivially easy and crazy cheap. And you can grow any variety you want. I’ve got six different varieties growing right now, some are close to harvest time.

Probably 15% is mortgage, 15% daycare, 4% car payment, 5-10% utilities.
My right thumb is double jointed - it can pop forward in a weird and unexpected way.
I can disjoint my jaw out of its socket and back in harmlessly and painlessly.
I sweat like a motherfucker - I am constantly sweating, even at 65f. As soon as humidity rises above 40% or so it becomes noticeable.
