Certain genetic changes can occur quickly, suppose you have many inbred groups, and due to something (easier transportation, cultural bans on incest) it can change in 1 generation. Some countries are still noticeably inbred.
To add to others said, reduced pathogen load compared to 100 years ago (due to vaccines and hygiene) also probably improved IQs too.

Taking yachts from ultrarich to make free vaccines for poor is a net win. However, if you take yachts from ultrarich to make cash payments for poor and that money gets spent on addictive drugs, you have a net loss.
Consider me a right-winger. I definitely support a lot of redistribution, including subsidies for reproduction of high IQ young poor people and subsidizing PGS for everyone.

Math is low, very low status.
America-born individuals very much prefer going into positions where they can exploit value of labor by foreign-born high IQ individuals. They don't need math.

If you have subjects who are not cooperative for sugar blood tests, and eat a lot before blood sample is taken, is it a problem of blood tests?
I can think IQ tests duration is limited to 30-60 minutes so willingness to cooperate has little effect (for most individuals) even if it makes measurement of intellect per se less precise.
Note for some important things willingness to cooperate matters more than intelligence! Just there isn't a good method to measure it, and it's much more prone to change than intelligence.
