If you wish to stop cases like Arday, I don’t think you really need HBD. You just need the following two principles:
If you hire people focusing on anything but merit, you will get people to a greater ir lesser degree unqualified for the job. We keep testing whether affirmative action or nepotism or whatever won’t reduce the qualifications of the org, and empirically it always does.
Human groups are unequal for a million different reasons. Expecting outcome equality between two groups should not intellectually be expected. Even without HBD, Thomas Sowell made a great argument for this with tons of examples. There are also cases of merchant minorities, like Jews and Armenians, who are often simultaneously richer than average and discriminated against.
Ultimately, if you look at the system the real dividing line is “Is your group and client of the identitarian left and if so how much.” This all boils down to institutionally breaking the identitarian left; arguing only works insofar as it convinces non-identitarians to join the cause.
