If you are earnestly a righty and on my partisan side: stop it. You're making us look stupid and you are convincing no one.
What I do suspect, however, is that you are trolling, and are in fact a lefty posting ostensibly righty positions and trying to get a gotcha of hypocrisy. No one is fooled. You could put what you have posted so far in a partisan mirror and nothing about its content or valence would substantially change. How do I know? Uh, righties don't use the term 'fascist' or 'brainworm' like you do, and your references to an objective truth are absent of any reference to God.
Either case does not reflect well on you.

Ok, fine. The UK isn't a place where people get arrested for saying perfectly innocent things online. It's a place where underage girls are regularly raped by gangs of Pakistanis who kidnap and imprison them. Is that acceptable? Or would you say that is misleading, as well?
Don't play games with language. If something that shouldn't happens happens with a frequency of more than once per year, it's fine to call it 'regularly'. If I came to your house and shot your in the foot on your birthday every year, people would say that it is a regular occurrence, and wouldn't equivocate to 'misleading' or 'outright false'. I either shot your foot, or I didn't. It's not something you can smear with a narrative slight of hand.
A smart partisan would have found all sorts of technical excuses to give the paper a low grade: certainly, there would be a pretext for it. But a zero is so transparently unwarranted that it became blatantly obvious that it is discrimination. The professor in question would have gotten away with it, if it was merely a year ago. But it is now, and universities can no longer cover for such behavior under the chud-occupied bureaucracy.
You think that being so schooled in civil rights history, academics could detect an obvious Rosa Parks coming their way. But clearly, the intellectual standards at the academy have been slipping broadly as to fall for such an trap. Progressives are ill-suited to holding institutional power because they cannot imagine themselves holding it - it is antithetical to their whole ethos. So when when they do, they act clumsily and overtly, smugly confident that there will be no consequences for unsubtle tyranny. They are wrong, and this is a consequence long overdue.

I refuse to accept responsibility for Khalistan. Khalistan happened because stupid Indian politicians commanded their army stormed their holy of holies. India has exported this problem to my country. This does not please me. Just because white people are stupid enough to let the problem does not make me any happier - or more willing to accept the blame.
If you invite a guest into your house, and they have recently come from a fight, and wish to continue it, the host can ask them to leave, and not get involved. This is common sense. No, I don't have to become a citizen of the world. No, I don't have to accept tribal fighting from Bumfuckistan or grudges from the Actual Country They're Loyal To. They can go and sing their song of letting their brother, their cousin, their uncle, their entire Bollywood backup dancer squad into other people's countries.
If they are a net benefit to the people who are here, and cause no trouble? Good. If not, kick them out! That is a good opinion, a universal opinion. I don't need statistics to back that one up. For the same reason you don't want infinity Muslims in India, I don't want infinity Indians in my country. If that is not sufficient to clear things up, others will explain in my stead.

To be blunt to the point of ungraciousness, I do not care. What I mean is that I really don't care about old world ethnic grievances coming to the new. India sending assassins through their embassies to deal with their separatists is, definitionally, not what a model minority gets up to. I don't get into knife fights with Japanese or mainland Chinese or Koreans in Canada. I come to this country, founded by Anglos, and I cause no trouble. I speak their language and respect their values.
And that is not what the Indians are doing.
When Indians show up to fight with the Pakistanis on the streets of London, one must think of the native Britons, who think to themselves: how the hell is this my problem? I am forced to have a opinion on Khalistan, on Kashmir, because loud and rude foreigners come over and make it my problem in Canada. Indians are not a model minority. I'm not demonizing them. They bring trouble to the country I was born in. As an Chinese-Canadian, my opinion of them is very low for good reason. If they want to be a model minority, they can change how they goddamn behave.

Model minorities don't systematically exploit food banks or run trucks into school buses filled with hockey players or come on student visas for fake degrees while working minimum wage jobs. To be blunt: Indians may have been a model minority thirty years ago, when only the best Western-educated rich ones could make it through the filter. But not now. Gujurati and Punjabi hick shudras are just as awful as any unwesternized rural peasant can be and pretending that they're all Oxford-educated brahmins is a lie too big to swallow.

They could be, but you'd be surprised how many conspiracies and wrongdoings that occur and then unravel because someone couldn't be arsed to cover their bare asses in the wind. People who have power aren't always the ones who construct elaborate schemes to conceal themselves: sometimes, they're just dumbasses who put all of the incriminating evidence on a laptop and hand it over to a PC repair shop and don't even bother to pick it up because they just buy a new one.

My impression is that barring some sort of state of emergency or legislation regarding the matter, the federal government can't nationalize state national guardsmen over extended periods of time. But if the relevant individuals wish to volunteer to remain the feds can keep on paying them, so as long as the state consents to it. It was a sweet gig for one hundred and sixty people who got OT pay and expenses reimbursed in DC - right up until now.

Situation is still developing... conflicting reports about deaths. Trump has already requested 500 more guardsmen to be deployed in the capital. I'm afraid that any commentary on my part will be pure speculation: I'll edit this OP as more information comes to light. Apologies for the shortness of this initial post.
I would expect ICE to be shot at, especially during active operations: but the National Guard? They're literally doing nothing but stand around. They're dads and uncles pulling overtime shifts away from their real jobs, not stormtroopers. I'm highly suspecting some sort of mental illness or dumb radicalization, but I'll refrain on coming to conclusions for now.
Edit 1: Suspect has been identified as Rahmanullah Lakanwal, a Afghan national evacuated back in 2021.
Edit 2: Speculatively, a linkedin profile of the same name seems to point him as being connected to a bunch of American NGOs. I'm always skeptical of these - the world is big enough for strangers to have the same names - but the face on the profile seems to match the suspect.
Or perhaps I don't have an eye for Afghans, and they all look the same to me.

For the first time in decades Christianity has the aesthetics of cool. Rather than try and stuff progressivism into the skinsuit of the Church, why not embrace it?
Sure, their faith is superficial, but I came into my faith for similarly superificial reasons. I wish to be strong, I wish to be valiant: I wish to be a knight in the service of God to slay dragons. That same motivation that converted the warrior pagans of the Franks, Germans and Visigoths is born again. Is that so wrong?
