Frieren is probably my favorite anime, not even considering the second season, so I’ll try to answer. I would say combination of a few things is why it has a high rating. The characters, they feel more real and are much more well developed than typical anime. Isekai fantasy has been huge for a few years now, and this is just fantasy, but a lot of the elements are there and done in a very high quality way; the fight scenes were very well done, and done in a grounded and realistic manner for fantasy. That feeling of nostalgia, and comparing the past adventure to current adventure, is a good hook, and gives a certain weight to the world in the story, you get a sense the world has history, etc. I think the characters themselves are really popular but I’m not too familiar with that.
It’s a slice of life fantasy anime with tons of great fight scenes and memorable characters, high quality animation, what’s not to love.
Also these types of anime pretty much never end and so there is not an expectation of climax or conclusion at the end of the first season.

How do you even arrive at something like this when it was clear he was doing fine until the rape accusations started coming out. Even the Nazi tattoos and his child murdering mercenary background these people were okay with.

My point was that whites need to build this elaborate system so that they don’t trigger their inborn natural instinct towards racism too often, the natural instinct which is significantly higher than that of other races (who do not need this elaborate system because they are not anywhere near as racist, genetically speaking).

My theory is that whites are the most prone to racism (scientific racism pioneered by whites, etc) and so they should be protected from media that triggers their racism.

I don’t think this really defensible after you look at civilized society say 100 years ago. Most people say 90% sorted themselves, changed their minds about what they can expect from the partner that they can get, settled, and learned to love their partner, let’s say varying definitions of love, and they had long relationships, made children, built a family, etc.
To me it seems like what you’re describing are these idealized fantasies that people have before they try to find long term relationships and sort of reset their expectations and self-perception for what they can actually get.

There was an article three years ago by a famous journalist Seymour Hersh three years ago (https://www.helsinkitimes.fi/world-int/22973-us-and-norway-blew-up-the-nord-stream-pipelines-seymour-hersh.html). Of course, he was dragged through the mud for it and it's all circumstantial evidence, and I guess the story got buried if it's not in wikipedia, but there are tons of people who don't believe the US government version of the story.

Could be referring to AlphaGo, AlphaZero, and the follow ups of RL models that play Starcraft and other games, but moved to military scenarios. You would have one model invading Taiwan, the other model defending Taiwan, and they play each other. But of course you can’t train a model to defend Taiwan without training a model to invade Taiwan.

The traffic during rush hour in the DC area is already bad enough. The whole area would come to a standstill without the metro. So whole premise of your argument is flawed. And $127k cost of employee is something like $95k base salary + benefits.
It's almost certainly her choice to wear that and what she is comfortable wearing. If she wore a skirt suit, it would probably look like she was trying too hard to change herself and what she wears to fit the mainstream political culture of the US, which is probably not what they are trying to project.
