Do you have a dumb question that you're kind of embarrassed to ask in the main thread? Is there something you're just not sure about?
This is your opportunity to ask questions. No question too simple or too silly.

Notes -
Do the religious people on here actually believe in Christianity? Like do you actually believe that Christ rose from the dead, Garden of Eden, Jesus is the son of God, the Trinity, virgin birth, etc? Or is more Deism and you like the community from going to church? I have a hard time believing most adult converts i.e. JD Vance actually believe these things, but I'm curious if I'm wrong here.
Yes.
The Resurrection? Yes.
Jesus is the Son of God? Yes.
The Trinity? Yes.
Virgin Birth? Yes.
Garden of Eden? That's the "yes, but" one. Literally a garden etc.? No (but the apple pun is too good to give up). However, that we had First Parents, that they were the first true (ensouled) humans, and that we lost our relationship with God through misuse of our free will (probably but not limited to disobedience as pride was doing a lot of work there too)? Yeah. But here we're getting into the senses of Scripture and how to (and how not to) interpret Scripture. Sometimes you should take it literally, sometimes not, and the questions are where to make the distinction.
The fun one there is "Original Sin - yay or nay? transmissible or not?"
If I were writing it or gaming it out, I’d say that The Fruit Of Freewill Misalignment broke something epigenetic in the brain, and accepting Jesus is a package deal that includes the Holy Spirit standing in for it as long as we live.
