Right off the top of my head, literally certainly qualifies. Rewind about a century or so, and it was much more common to see the word literally used as a more emphatic version of the word figuratively, which actually makes a sort of sense, given that a common use of the word literature is to refer to creative writing, be it fiction, poetry, or whatever. Example: by voting for x, we are literally eating our own seed corn.
