Small-Scale Question Sunday for October 18, 2026

Do you have a dumb question that you're kind of embarrassed to ask in the main thread? Is there something you're just not sure about?

This is your opportunity to ask questions. No question too simple or too silly.

Culture war topics are accepted, and proposals for a better intro post are appreciated.

Yes agree. It’s a big reason I believe Lamar Jackson can’t win a Super Bowl. The regular season he can perform at an elite level because teams are less willing to tailor their entire defense for one team. This is definitely not true in the playoffs and the Super Bowl specifically they have two weeks to prepare. I believe Jackson had a 9 wonderlich. This is one reason why I think Malik Willis could emerge as a stud. He’s still very fast but his wonderlich I believe was around 35.

Okay so my conspiracy theory is that he really does have some kind of bowel disease which creates a limiting factor in consistent performance.

Additionally (and veracity unclear) I've heard that Harbaugh is notorious for hard exhausting practices which means a high tendency to get tired or injured, especially later in the game or season, but creates teams that superficially are passing the eye test.

For this reason I was looking forward to seeing how things went this year and then we got derailed.
