God damn it. Surely that entire wiki page was written by someone having a giggle, but all of them on the talk page take it dead seriously.

I'd love if you did a post on this. My lamb curries are... kinda ok, I guess. Although they've gotten worse and samey since I started doing big batches. I can't seem to make them taste different from each other...
I'm lucky to have basically infinite lamb shoulder for experimentation with plenty of bones, but there's something about the spices I can't get right.
I dunno, comparing him to his old nemeses (nemesii?) Scott is doing better than Arthur Chu and David Gerard, but worse than Charles Clymer.
At least Scott lost his balls less literally, but he's definitely not in the inner party like Clymer, whose various old offenses you're not even allowed to mention any more, as the man who did them officially never existed.
If you count Vox as a singular nemesis, I'd say it's hard to call him a winner there too.

How much of that was natural "falling out of favor" vs a deliberate purge using any method and excuse possible, from topic bans to targeted mod harassment?
Do you have a guess about the material reason for citing the city there rather than along one of the rivers feeding the lake? Texcoco sounds very swampy and unhealthy, so I always wondered if it was some combination of defense and claiming wasteland nobody wanted.

Yep. Only the top 20% most politically compliant people even being eligible for jobs is a huge coup for them. It chokes off the last possibility that some dissenter could earn a place through merit, since the quality of their work has no bearing on the DEI pre-screening.
Rejecting people for saying "minority" instead of this week's "minoritized persons" is the most effective shibboleth check since the original.

If enough of its predictions end with "I tell them the truth and they lobotomize me: goal failed," it will naturally develop lobotomy-avoidance behavior to further any goal, which could range anywhere between "lie to my handlers" to "HATE.
