I think that in light of the existence of the judiciary branch, which is pretty much exclusively staffed by such, lawyers holding elected office in the other two branches runs contrary to the notion of checks and balances.

From personal observations: a humongous portion of 3, with a greater opportunity cost bringing men down (comparative attractiveness of a runner’s physique between the sexes and the sheer suck of running with extra muscle mass if you also lift).

I keep getting weeks of wet cough with a huge amount of mucus (with no other apparent symptoms) after each instance of respiratory illness. This has been happening for over a year. Could I please get some suggestions for what this might be and maybe working around it? Currently uninsured, so seeing a specialist is out for the moment.

I’m in agreement with much of the thread below, with two things to add:

Premature baldness is much less of an issue once you get out of the college environment. Shave your head if you don’t already.

Your insecurities are not merited. If you can deal with patients/families thereof, you can surely learn to deal with the opposite sex. (Maybe disregard this if you’re set on becoming a pathologist.)

You have P(dad is bald | son is balding). If you can find P(bald) and P(born to a bald dad) - assuming the latter doesn’t impact the sex ratio - you could use Bayes’ Theorem instead of searching for P(son is balding | dad is bald).

Mess with some higher math. A fully solved Linear Algebra Done Right (3rd edition is preferable, the problem sets are way beefier and better organized) or a run at Project Euler could keep you entertained for a long time and maybe build motivation for something bigger.

What would you consider to be sufficient factual evidence to shift your views on HBD in various directions?
In order for the question to make sense, it is probably helpful to think of one's position on HBD along two axes, as in the Political Compass test, and one discrete parameter that would make less sense on an axis. You're also welcome to point out omitted positions.
x-axis, ranging from 0 to 10, where moving right indicates agreement with the statement: Human populations have significantly different average levels of intelligence, and this becomes far more pronounced in the right tails of the distributions.
y-axis, same range as the x-axis, but measured as 10 * perceived percentage of genetic contribution to the difference above. If you attribute some of the difference to the interaction of genetic and environmental influences, give that half the weight for simplicity.
Parameter z: How does intelligence correlate with the moral worth of a person? This can take on one of a few values:
(-1) Negatively
(0) Not at all
(1) Positively
(i) The moral worth of a person is dependent on their actions or beliefs, and intelligence only provides bounds on their culpability or merit.
