The problem is that every female lauded by the culture war people hero is a Mary Sue.
Think of it - Ripley, Vasquez, Sarah Connor, Charlie's angels, Red Sonja, Geena Davis, Every synthia rothrock heroine are largely forgotten.
And that makes for meh cultural artifacts.
I think that lately we have been sold the feminist journey which boils down to - you are perfect, everything bad that happens to you is outside worlds fault.

That is what I say - the action heroines if the past - that were liked and sometimes adored by the male audience were not May Sues. And they went the way of the dodo. The current crop - let's say after Capitan Marvel all are.

Think of it that way - Batman is the manliest of heroes - the theorem is he can beat everything if he has time to prepare. But Superman is almost the opposite - beating the shit out of everything is the easy part, it's usually the internal struggles that provide conflict. Think of Superman 2 - there the superman is the ultimate pussy - he gets beaten up by some blue collar dudes while he has lost his powers, then he returns invulnerable with superpowers to takes his revenge. That is what man characterized as pussies do.

Right wing censorship tends to be straight forward and thus simpler to both resist and circumvent. The left one is a bit more Orwellian in nature - they try to redefine words and meanings and memory whole things or rewrite the past.

The relationship between the federal government and the indigenous tribes is complicated. And yet don't forget that they are entities that have some form of sovereignty over their land. So if someone has a right to prevent power plant construction in a land he owns in a state, the tribes have even more of that right since they are closer to states than to state citizens.
Lately my best hint that something is worth watching is if the critics hate it, but audience love it on the tomatoes. So far is reliable signal.
The problem with modern critics is that most of them are people that just don't know how to have fun with the media they review.
Take a look House of Dragons and The Rings of Power. Both have toxic fandoms but because House of Dragons is polished turd unlike the The Rings of Power which has much weaker everything - people just leave it alone.
But The rings of power being pushed above its station is the current woke project because it ticks the ideological checkpoints.

Not sure whether we want it, but it is obviously what the founding fathers wanted. Of course we go down the rabbit hole of why the fuck are drugs crimes federal crimes to begin with. Except the trafficking across state lines, everything else should be state.

It's mostly legacy of the communist era educational system. In every big city the gifted kids were funneled into dedicated stem schools and the creme de la creme in regional and national ones.
As a graduate of one of those - the stuff there was hardcore and we were weaklingas compared to the people that were there before the commmunism fall.
Be careful - framing it like this is a good way to convince people Jim Crow laws were right.
The resistance of MtF to invading women spaces seems to be more widespread than against integration. And women actually deserve their own spaces where they can be themselves and away from the battle of the sexes. Bathrooms, locker room, man caves(for the gents) and ladies nights etc are important part of the social life.
There is no right of belonging to a group or acceptance in one.
And to give even more pragmatic answer - I value real women more, so if something makes them uncomfortable and is zero cost to me - I find it totally ok to support alleviation of said discomfort.
That is literally the nature of market dominant minorities. Should we be concerned that South Africans replace white rulers with indian ones. Should we be concerned that every success of Malaysia and Indonesia is from East Asian descent? And that every big tech company in the states de facto run by Indians?
