There's a solution, but you wouldn't like it.
Create a movement that wishes to see the world dangerous again.
Create a doctrine that attracts people and abhors the managerial regime. Patiently disrupt services through least legally risky forms of sabotage.
Once things come tumbling down, actual serious hardship is real, there's anarchy, people will form communities. Or die, bit the survival drive of most people is strong.
There's no reason for community if what the omnipresent state can't give you isn't something the market can either sell you directly or provide you with an inferior substitute of.

It's a second line thing only. Strictly reserves. No one, as far as I know, is even making new towed howitzers. Every country capable of building new artillery systems - Russia, China, Korea, India, France, Germany are building self-propelled artillery pieces.
You're claiming a system currently deployed in large numbers by the US military
American military is, as you're surely aware, optimized at fighting people who can't fight back and enhancing shareholder value. Not peer conflicts, not at picking on people at their own tech level, etc. Go ask Ukrainians how much are they loving their towed howitzers vs the ones with tracks, longer barrels, autoloading and so on.
A choice imposed on Europe by USA. Not much of a choice, really.
No one cared about Ukraine in NATO in Europe. Every major EU country was against it. Americans pushed it through in 2008.
Yet here we are.
Getting ever chummier wiith a stupid decaying empire that is angling for a air/naval war with a country that has 230x the shipbuilding capability and many times the industrial production and actual industrial policies.
NATO was now supposed to be in Japan, too.. I can't see it as anything else but US conspiring to get Europe involved in a future war.

in the sense that Ukrainians have (after 2022, at least) been relatively able to keep an united patriotic front instead of tearing each other apart in a madcap struggle for power.

And as to Ukrainian 'united patriotic front', they've been extremely statist and punitive, and have long ago ran out of volunteers for the meat grinder, and resorted to ever more desperate searches for bodies to stop shrapnel with.

Ukrainians did not close the airspace even after they knew the rebels on the ground had serious anti-air weaponry. Stinger and such missiles cannot reach up above 5 km, but they lost a transport plane at 7 km.
They just closed the airspace under 10 km. Which makes no sense, as the rebels were bragging about using the Buk system, which engages targets as high as 14 km.
In case you don't know, standard practice when you have rogue groups shooting high-power anti-aircraft weaponry on your territory isn't "ignore it" or "increase the flight altitude and pray". The airspace is closed.
