Very hard because globohomo does NOT like that. In the before times private citizens/companies would fuck shit up all over the world

Macro voices probably has the most valuable users but they have empty space right now. I think they’re picky though

I’ll go against the grain and say sooner rather than later. The dynamics of the car market are actually quite similar to GFC housing market. Shit loans leading to cascading forced selling is something that could certainly happen

Lame, but 8 hours of magnesium assisted sleep makes it much less of a struggle for me. Optimized: no caffeine, no alcohol, hard exercise almost daily, viewing sunlight at morning and dusk, and a blacked out cold room. I wake up naturally after nearly exactly 8 hours daily, and while i don’t want to get up, i can. I know it’s not what you asked, but just getting up recharged and doing something will help

Hah, you drink enough and you don’t get a choice on that. Does work if under a certain amount of alcohol though

My knee jerk reaction is to agree, but dopamine actually seems spiked to me day after. I’m sober for a while now, but I remember the morning after drinking being very horny. Seems a lot of people get that, although some people say it is low dopamine causing you to crave anything that releases it. However, that tends to feel more like anhedonia than horny in my experience

I know you don’t want solutions like this, but what has helped me is blocking everything “fun” on my phone, but my desktop is free reign.

  1. It’s how people did things in the golden ages of the internet

  2. It must be deliberate

  3. Somewhat inconvenient costs to start, have to not be comfy in bed, have to sit up, etc.

  4. Phone is more viscerally satisfying, desktop designed by nerds for usefulness, phone designed by psychologists for engagement.

  5. You’re much closer to actual productive things, a blank word is a block away.

  6. About the right amount of moderation, i find about an hour or two and I’m bored, and it’s almost certainly because the interface is not as good

And so on. It’s helped me a fair bit, probably shaved off 3 hours a day. My phone use tends towards researching investments and podcasts and books for 4 hours a day, and 1 hour or so of reddit type stuff. GL
