META: I'm getting some weird CSS errors when I view my own comments on mobile. See the upvote/downvote counters in this screenshot.

Possibly related, hovering over the upvote/downvote counter on a desktop browser doesn't work.

When I go to a userpage, a screen briefly pops up asking if I'm sure I want to shadowban this user.

@ZorbaTHut I don't want to accidentally shadowban myself.

(whoops just saw this)

It was harmless before, just a confirmation page that could pop up. Should be fixed now though.

So clicking the "confirm" or whatever it was button wouldn't actually have shadowbanned anyone?

Yup.

I'm not sure if it would have even sent a message to the server - it's plausible that the button action doesn't get hooked up unless you actually hit the "shadowban" button, a lot of stuff works that way - but even if it did, the server would respond "hey wait, you're not an admin! you can't do that, denied".

For obvious reasons, we don't let logged-out users, or logged-in users without the admin flag, shadowban people :)

Sure, but normal users aren't supposed to have a shadowban button available to push, so I wasn't sure whether the failsafe of "even if they somehow do, it doesn't do anything" was in place as well. I suppose that would help against hackers who send commands the interface doesn't offer, though.
