The Wednesday Wellness threads are meant to encourage users to ask for and provide advice and motivation to improve their lives. It isn't intended as a 'containment thread' and any content which could go here could instead be posted in its own thread. You could post:
-
Requests for advice and / or encouragement. On basically any topic and for any scale of problem.
-
Updates to let us know how you are doing. This provides valuable feedback on past advice / encouragement and will hopefully make people feel a little more motivated to follow through. If you want to be reminded to post your update, see the post titled 'update reminders', below.
-
Advice. This can be in response to a request for advice or just something that you think could be generally useful for many people here.
-
Encouragement. Probably best directed at specific users, but if you feel like just encouraging people in general I don't think anyone is going to object. I don't think I really need to say this, but just to be clear; encouragement should have a generally positive tone and not shame people (if people feel that shame might be an effective tool for motivating people, please discuss this so we can form a group consensus on how to use it rather than just trying it).

I assume you meant to reply to me. I want someone who will go on a date with me.
And there's nowhere else to look. At speed dating, three women said I was the "most normal" guy there who they had the best conversation with; No matches. I tried going to a board game singles event; the gender ratio was 3:1 and the only games they had were Uno and Jenga. I tried volunteering to clean up the park; all trannies. The only women who participate in my hobbies view straight men as defective gay men. I've forgotten what it feels like to be interested in a woman; all they ever do is snarl about Data Centers or ICE when they're not praising some piece of media for its Queer themes, it's all become supremely boring to me.
I got a lot of mileage out of classical choir and west coast swing

Oh yeah, modern women do generally seem to be a lost cause. I found mine through church. Cheerfully cooks and cleans while perpetually proudly pregnant. Happy to be a woman. Thinks politics is for me to worry about. Loves me and makes sure my home is nice to come back to after work. Highly recommend -- but don't think her expectations for me aren't at least commensurate.
