more space for your children to grow up physically and socially distant from their peers, in places without sidewalks, where mom has to deliver them to and pick them up from soccer practice or their friends house ... A place where you have to drive to walk your dog in sanctioned green space nearby. Hell, a place where you have to drive to walk at all.
I've lived in many suburbs in a few states. This describes zero of them. My son's friends are right down our walkable suburban street. A really nice and large park is a few minutes walk away. It even has a large dogs-only section. It conveniently lacks a drug den/homeless encampment, so I can actually bring my young son there.
As a lifelong suburban dweller, I'm not suffering from childhood social and physical isolation. Suburbs are overrun with children who visit each other's houses and go to local parks. Most houses in my neighborhood have kids.
The bank and the Starbucks are indeed too far to practically walk to. The high school is much too far away for walking. I'll gladly bear that burden.

I knew a girl in high school that self identified as bisexual. She was in a long term relationship with a guy.
Then in college in the dorms there was a very similar woman. Same exact personality and interests. For some reason also felt the need to inform people she meets that she is bisexual. Also in a long term relationship with a man. This is before social media, so it wasn't internet brainrot.
There's some portion of women that are hypothetically bisexual. Or we could frame it negatively and say they are performatively pretending to be "queer" as stolen valor from actual LGB people. Refusing to admit that they are regular straight people; "cishet".
That does not prevent them from pairing up with men. I found those two women annoying. I suppose I'd find a modern "demisexual" "pansexual" woman who got her identity from tumblr similarly annoying. But that shouldn't be a universal filter. Any man who can resist rolling his eyes while she recites her "actually it is a spectrum" speech can live a productive hetero life with her.
As for age: men's age preferences are well known The cowards at okcupid deleted their blog post that chart was taken from. If there is indeed such a desperate shortage of high quality 20-something women willing to date, then date women in their lower to mid 30s. Up to mid 30s they can have kids no problem.

As a notable Yale law grad recently explained:
If a judge tried to tell a general how to conduct a military operation, that would be illegal.
If a judge tried to command the attorney general in how to use her discretion as a prosecutor, that's also illegal.
Judges aren't allowed to control the executive's legitimate power.
Maybe the real Constitutional crisis is some random judge deciding that the President's powers as described in Article 2 are actually reserved for that particular judge and they personally shall decide how and if the President may exercise them.

I think there is a trap for the Republicans: being virtuous losers. Upstanding polite candidates like Romney are smeared as misogynistic "vulture capitalists" "who are going to put black people back in chains" and bear it with dignity. Then he loses and presumably is comforted by knowing he went high when they went low.
Rather than being virtuous, maybe the Republicans should win even if that means ratfucking the Democrats. The term "ratfucking" being invented to describe what you should do to win.

Points taken, but the definition of "groomer" has recently expanded to cover activities that are not sexually grooming children. So I'm going to say a taboo would be valuable.
Is someone claiming that an adult is preparing a child for an illegal sexual relationship or are they claiming that somehow LGBT material is being discussed? These are two very different things.

If you define quality of life as dense walkable urban living then I live a wretched life indeed. If you define quality of life similarly, but also forgive a 20 minute commute to work and 3 to 5ish minute drive to shops, then I live a great life. My American suburbanite cup overflows.
I went kayaking last weekend. I put my kayak on the roof rack of my big SUV. I built a new AR recently and I'll go shooting when I get some time. The guns and stuff will go in the back of my big SUV. I built a long set of retaining walls on big side yard. I made a stepped double retaining wall with a waist high middle section that is a very long garden. Too many strawberries are coming in recently. I'm a few minutes walk from a very large and clean park. I walk there or somewhere else in my neighborhood every day with my kid. Good thing I don't live in a dense urban core and instead can have high quality of life in so many ways in my big suburban house, really nice clean neighborhood and car.
Just for fun: let's define high "quality of life" for men as including satisfying sex with women. Then point out that gay guys lack high "quality of life". No matter how good their sex lives are they don't include women in this arbitrary and narrow definition.

Between the demographics and all, it's quite likely at least half of cutting edge research is going to happen there.
I went to American grad school. I have reviewed Chinese research papers. I can't exaggerate the sneering contempt American researchers have for them. In every way trivial and not worth publishing. People around here keep calling things "slop". This is the real slop we need not concern ourselves with.
I've worked in China a bit. I married a Chinese woman. I understand that they are smart and hardworking. If this were a computer game then their high stats would make them win. But they just don't. The factory workers can't follow instructions without a taskmaster standing over them. The researchers publish large numbers of papers worth nothing at all. Something is missing. I blame culture. Chinese people in America working as engineers are productive. Participating in our work culture cures them.

I think this is a real thing. People have some internal sense of justice in which the wages of bad behavior is suitable negative consequences. And then they notice people engaging in "bad" behavior and working sensibly to avoid bad outcomes, like gay men taking PrEP or something, and get offended. The wicked were supposed to get their just rewards, but now some technological solution dodged it.
