because in the other scenario you are assuming that companies are going to finance the same employees that they cut to maximize profit margins. And unless the Woke mind virus becomes a terminal case in the minds of their CEO's I don't see how they would justify doing it. Granted the unemployed can go into the wealthfare state arms, but I don't think that is sustainable.

The more realistic scenario is that companies retain prices, expand their profits with the new automation and there is a worldwide wave of unemployment and accompanied crime rise with a expected semi-luddite movement rising from the disgrunted masses of newly unemployed people in free fall in the socio economic brackets. The post scarcity deluxe gay communism utopianism was always a pipe dream.

In your scenario they are wasting training for a short time commitment, as opposed to entrenched elements in areas of interest that can be tapped when needed. So from the get go it's in their interest to recruit and train true believers so that then they aren't forced in a situation as you describe.
I don't think plants are free to use the resources of the agency willy nilly; so that's not much of a concern. And even fake info being fed to the agency isn't too bad if you corroborate what you get with other operatives, after all "thrust but verify".

Clause 22 is clearly unrelated: rainbow armbands are not contemptuous, discriminatory or denigratory, nor do they offend the dignity or integrity of anyone.
Showing with those armbands in a country clearly opposed to what they represent is showing contempt for the customs and culture of the host nation, specially when to do that you have to violate art 14 too.
(But precedent would be nice. Where is the line drawn for what is and isn't a political statement?)

Right now, no mainstream source is reliable, especially in politically charged events.
But, regardless, as as I noted elsewhere, the data I linked to is not about asylum seekers. It is about refugees and internally displaced persons.

And, as I also noted elsewhere, the EU says that most of the asylum seekers it lists as under 18 are under 13; it is pretty tough to pass off someone that young as an adult.
Again, I don't really trust mainstream sources with an economic/political incentives in these types of situations. Any NGO's or European commission can write that a chicken is a dog if it's to their benefit or according to their principles.
