The Union has gulags out of sight in Angland; one of the main characters had run such a gulag just prior to the novels, and sends people there during.

Kordemsky’s Moscow Puzzles are a nice supplementary resource. Maybe Art of Problem Solving prealgebra.
Bach - pretty much everything, but the catalog #1052 keyboard concerto stands above the rest. Glenn Gould is a wonderful choice here.
Mozart - Sonata #8, symphonies #25 and 40. Probably anything else he composed in minor key is brilliant too.
Beethoven’s violin and third piano concertos. Appassionata. Symphonies 5 and 7.
Schubert’s Death and the Maiden.
Chopin’s first piano concerto.
Grieg’s piano concerto.

The tenth percentile of the general population is living off some combination of government aid and crime. They’re certainly not cashiers; even restricting to college students, the tenth percentile will not have the work ethic or the numeracy for this.

The best old evidence we have is that she passed the bar on the second try, with the ameliorating factor of the California bar being somewhat nastier than the norm. So she’s probably at least as intelligent as Hillary, who also took two attempts (with preparation in a better law school, for whatever that is worth, and not in Cali).
How difficult is the bar, anyhow?

According to Wiki, he lost his legs while serving in the US military in Afghanistan in 2010, and then volunteered in Israel (presumably not in a combat capacity) several years later. It’s not a good look, but he at least has dual loyalty!

Algebraic geometry and most of number theory on top. Graph theory and most of combinatorics toward the bottom (I am here). The basis is largely the minimum difficulty of producing independent, original work.
Getting spoonfed or rubber-stamped in a high status area, like Piper Harron, does not confer high status.
Academic standards vanished with the Covid response - at least in the US - and have not recovered since. If I have to be treated by an otherwise unknown doctor, a top criterion would be completion of medical training by 2019. I suspect that this outweighs the racial preferences given, though the effect is probably cumulative.
