Yes, Mr. Ivanov, Alexander Ivanovich, Alexander, Alex, Sasha, Sanya, Shura, Shurik, Ivanych, etc. are all the same person, depending on context. And using the wrong one in a wrong context may be a major social faux pas too. Unless you grew up with it, it can be a bit tricky to guess, especially that some diminutives have very little obvious connection to the full name, and some of them are also non-unique. You just have to know it.

Made an IF routine where I only eat anything between 10am and 8pm, outside of it I only drink water or tea
When my a1c crept into the prediabetic range, sticking to an eating window of 9 to 5, at least 6 out of 7 days a week fixed me right up. Dropped my a1c by 0.5 after a year. I cut back on a lot of things by virtue of not fucking snacking at night, but didn't cut out alcohol, carbs or sugars entirely.
Speaking of, I should probably get my yearly scheduled soon, make sure things haven't relapsed.

Why? I think it was very feminized- layers of bureaucracy simply to make work (especially important for women), a total lack of emphasis on family formation and children (China is an even better example of that), and total equality of outcome (which favors the gender with the evolutionary disadvantage when it comes to producing physical things at scale).
Were the same things true of the fascists? No; where communists increase bureaucracy fascists do away with it, where communists fail to provide suitable accommodations fascists say 'living space', and equality of outcome is as far as I can tell not a thing for a Nazi (unless it's a group for which a claim that they owe reparations can be made).

As feminists (and even superficially non-feminist women) will tell you, even today's society isn't. The USSR definitely did have a short stint of the sort of progressive craziness we are facing right now, which Stalin had to cut short, when he realized it's ruining the country, and he might have a war or two to fight.

Look. The reason communists hate fascists is because the driving impulse behind both are identical except for who, whom. It's bikeshedding.
The reason Germany and Italy went one way and Russia and China went the other is simply due to which gender role [gender is too reductive in the face of mechanization] found itself in oversupply relative to its output given the technological conditions at the time. Working class men were in undersupply in the former nations, and in oversupply in the latter (sometimes called the 'unneccessariat').
That is why communism usually goes full civil war mass murder dependent on the poverty of the nation, whereas fascism does not need to. (That's not a guarantee it won't, of course, but since when have dictatorships- including communism/fascism, which is the dictatorship of the working class- ever really been rational?)

No. Well, not really- opposition to involvement in WWII/stalin was the worse evil than Hitler is very common. Mildly antisemitic views on Israeli influence are very common. Opposition to women’s suffrage is common. HBD is fairly common.

Nothing anymore. I'm in agreement with @KMC. Nazi is a meaningless term nowadays. Back when there was an actual nazi party, you could be a nazi. For a few years after the war, with a network of your old nazi buddies, you could maybe claim to be a nazi. But by now, the term has lost its original meaningful application, and anyone even actively claiming to be a nazi is a joke. Anyone claiming that someone else, someone else who has not just woken up from an 80-year slumber, is a nazi, is either historically ignorant or just complete indifferent. The word nazi, in the 2020s is, and I am very serious about this, nothing but a signal, a target painter, a LASER designator meant to point out POLITICALLY BAD GUY.
Show me the modern nazi. Point him out. And explain to me what it is that makes him a nazi, the true heir to a label that described one political movement and its adherents in 1920s and 1930s Germany, who made up their ideology as they went along. And why that label fits better than "trolling LARPer".
Talk is cheap, of course. What did they actually do to support the average working-class non-party-member family? Granted, they did do the Nazi thing of rounding up co-ethnics and shipping them off to concentration camps in Siberia, but far as I know that wasn't an explicit policy goal and was more about paying off supporters than anything that would have benefited the average Russian.
By contrast, there's a country in the Near East- the ethnicity of its founders even had 'nazi' as part of their name- that despite its small size actively sends armed 'settlers' into a combat zone to displace the natives there, spends a great deal of treasure doing this, and the people that do those things have a TFR above 2. That just ain't a thing the average communist does.
